Love Good Fats was born out of a dream our founder, Suzie, had to create something ridiculously delicious that she could enjoy eating and feel good about. Finding it impossible to discover foods that tasted amazing with ingredients she loved, she crafted a family of Keto Certified bars that have only 1-2g of sugar and are loaded with good fats and protein!
